This
will be an on going review in life coaching. There will be
regular updates to my individual progress and I will point out
the positives in my experience.
My coach spent the first 20 years of her working
life not knowing 'what she wanted to be when she grew up'. I am
sure many people still don’t know even at the age of 90.
Clare is now a successful life coach helping
many people from all walks of life and careers to attain their
dreams. After all, we all need help.
Clare Wildman believes in providing support to
others in achieving their dreams. Once this is established on
paper Claire works closely with you and your thoughts by guiding
you towards them in small and large steps. A great smile, open
ears in a relaxed environment from a lady who loves learning is
a fantastic way to “do” the doing.
Clare’s background comes from experience in support, training
and management. The Coaching Academy have added to her skills
sets where they have shown her ways to apply them to coaching.
Clare is committed to ongoing personal
development so that she can assist in your personal development.

I went for my induction that lasted an hour and
half. I was given a wheel with 6 zones to work on. On this wheel
of mine I had to decide which aspects of my life I’d like to
work towards improving.
I selected: Seeing friends more / Spending time
with family / Buying a house / Completing regular exercise /
Working on my money management / Relaxing more often.
My zones to my own personal wheel are thought of,
created and achieved by my self not the coach. My coach
listened patiently with ease while I waffled away in our first
meet, the more waffling I seem to blurt out the clearer my
thoughts and ideas became. Listening at last, something that
most people fail to achieve in the busy hectic real world.
As strange as it sounds my coach actually gave me the answers
with out telling me them. I was soon to realise I had the all
the answers my-self; Even in silence my brain was telling me to
focus on new ways and angles to achieve my desires. My coach’s
subtle guiding comments helped me, help my self.
My first goal: buying a home.
My meeting with Clare turned into a one-way
brain storming session. Quite simply: what would I need to do to
buy a home?
Earn more money, save existing money; provide
varied routes to earning money, setting small goals came from
these thoughts.
I realised that I needed to set a goal of earning
X amount in order to buy a home. I went away from the session
feeling focused, full of energy and happy to work towards my
first goal, something I had been putting off due to being lazy
and unmotivated. The next day I made many phone calls, you know
the ones we all put off until tomorrow. To my surprise my first
session with Clare paid off, I was starting to hit my target to
get my X amount. I now realise I needed to be consistent and
focused in achieving my dreams. The next session will be on
money management where I will focus on keeping my money and not
spending every penny I have.
Clare Wildman is a great listener with lots of
knowledge and will most certainly aim to help you too. Give her
