Close your eyes and picture this slowly!
You are in a
restaurant and the atmosphere is buzzing, everyone is laughing,
the music is perfect and the drinks are refreshing. Your chair
is comfy, cutlery is sparkling, and the specials look
delightful.
It’s all set
to be a great meal with your closet friends (now quicken up) and
then BANG!! The waiter comes over and he or she is dull, rude
and does not give a damn.
The whole
experience has completely changed. Who cares about the music,
the drinks, and cutlery?
All you care
about is eating your food in peace and making the most of your
company and meal.
Now picture this!
There is no
atmosphere, people are chatting, the music is ok, drinks are
normal.
The restaurant
needs a revamp and you don’t have any cutlery and then you
waiter comes over. He / She gives you eye contact, a huge smile
and assure you that your service and meal will be impeccable and
fun and you’ll be back for more. Now that’s more like it!
Every month we
shall be showing you waiter of the month and eventually the
year. A waiter who cares, has lots of passion and knowledge
about the food you are about to eat.
This will be
the waiter we give the biggest tip too.
